The data was then keyed in carefully. Each score was properly corresponded with the original Excel file and double-checked to ensure no missing values or mistakes in keying in.
The data was then sorted in ascending order of Level, then Gender, and then Kulliyah, in order to improve readability.
The final data view looks like the image above, extending both to the right and down for the remaining variables and cases.
